In the field of civil aviation AEROSTAR supplies aerostructures, components and assemblies for the global aviation industry as an EASA Part21G subcontractor and/or under the approval of the main contractor.
The company is subcontractor in major programmes having as final customers: AIRBUS, GKN Aerospace, Premium AEROTEC, Dassault, Gulfstream, Boeing, Bombardier, a.o.
AEROSTAR has capabilities for 3, 4 and 5 axes machining of mechanical parts with dimensions up to 3 meters, as well as fabrications- sheet metal parts forming capabilities by press-forming, bending, rolling and drawing.
Aerostar's Centre for Special Processes provides a diversified range: surface coatings, painting, heat treatments, shot peening, welding, as well as nDT controls and inspections.
Aerostar holds the NADCAP accreditation for a wide range of special processes, as well as authorisations and approvals from the customers.
Aerostar deliveries are compliant with the applicable requirements of the REACH Regulations regarding registration, evaluation and restrictions on the use of chemicals.
