Shareholders' Registry
The modification of the personal data of the shareholders in the Shareholders' Registry:
- The Registry of the Shareholders of AEROSTAR S.A. is under the administration of S.C. Depozitarul Central S.A. Bucharest.
- The modification of the identification data for the holders of financial instruments is made at the headoffice of Depozitarul Central, based on the following documents:
- Application for the modification of the identification data, signed by the holder of financial instruments or the empowered person thereof;
- Copy of the identity document of the holder of financial instruments and/or shareholder certificate, any prooving document in support the application to modify the identification data;
- Copy of the Sole Registration Number (CUI - Cod Unic de Inregistrare), the Certificate for the registration of Mentions, the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders and/or any other proving document in support of the application to modify the identification data;
- Proof of the payment for the fee related to the operation of identification data modification, for natural or legal persons.
- For the modification of the identification data, the above mentioned documents can also be transmitted to Depozitarul Central via the Participants who issue the statements of account, as well as by Post with registered letter (with confirmation of receipt), sent to the headoffice of Depozitarul Central in Bvd. Carol I no 34-36, sector 2, floor 8, postal code 020922, Bucharest.
- The shareholders can request the forms for identification data modification directly at the offices/ desks of the National Company POSTA ROMANA S.A., such set of documents to be transmitted to Depozitarul Central S.A. for the registration of the modifications.
