NDT PERSONNEL TRAINING AND EXAMINATION CENTER\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe NDT PERSONNEL TRAINING CENTER was established in 2002 with the purpose of meeting the training needs of NDT Level 1 and 2 operators for the nondestructive inspection methods and processes used at Aerostar S.A. Bac\u0103u.\n\nAs a result of the efforts made by the technical staff, CIP-NDT was authorized by the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority starting in 2003 (thus becoming the first NDT training centre in Romania for civil aviation).\n\nWith the establishment of RO-NANDTB (Romanian National Aerospace Association for Nondestructive Testing) and the recognition of this body by AACR and NADCAP, CIP-NDT obtained authorization from RO-NANDTB through Authorization Certificate no. 2\/28.08.2020.\n\nBoth the course structure and the experience and knowledge of the instructors\/examiners enable the training of personnel for nondestructive examinations in accordance with EN 4179\/NAS410 in the following areas:\n
    \n \t
  • Radiographic Testing (RT)<\/li>\n \t
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)<\/li>\n \t
  • Eddy Current Testing (ET)<\/li>\n \t
  • Penetrant Testing (PT)<\/li>\n \t
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)<\/li>\n \t
  • Infrared Thermography (IRT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nOutside the scope authorized by RO-NANDTB, CIP-NDT Aerostar has the material and human resources to conduct training in the following areas:<\/b>\n
      \n \t
    • Materials Characterization \u2013 Hardness (CM(D))<\/li>\n \t
    • Materials Characterization \u2013 Conductivity<\/li>\n \t
    • (Direct Reading Devices) (CM(C))<\/li>\n \t
    • Visual Inspection of Welded Joints (VT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nResources\n
        \n \t
      • The training centre has material and human resources aligned with the specific requirements of aviation:<\/li>\n \t
      • Technical personnel with higher education and specializations in NDT methods, with sufficient practical experience in nondestructive examinations\/inspections;<\/li>\n \t
      • Classroom facilities;<\/li>\n \t
      • Inspection areas in the authorized NDT laboratories and workstations on the production line, with adequate technical equipment and facilities;\nEquipment and technical means, installations, utilities, etc.;<\/li>\n \t
      • An extensive collection of standards, norms, regulations, specifications, and inspection procedures;<\/li>\n \t
      • A collection of training and test pieces specific to each NDT method, on which trainees practice and are evaluated in the respective method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        The NDT PERSONNEL TRAINING CENTER was established in 2002 with the purpose of meeting the training needs of NDT Level 1 and 2 operators for the nondestructive inspection methods and processes used at Aerostar S.A. Bac\u0103u.<\/p>\n

          CIP \u2013 NDT Aerostar <\/strong> has material and human resources to perform trainings in the following fields:<\/p>\n

          • material characteristics – hardness CM(D);<\/li>\n
          • material characteristics – conductivity (direct reading devices) CM(C);<\/li>\n
          • acid attack (AC);<\/li>\n
          • visual inspection of the welded joints (VT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            CIP \u2013 NDT<\/strong> Aerostar <\/strong>is aligned with the specific requirements for aviation and offers:<\/p>\n

            • Higher education technical personnel with special training in NDT specific methods, having sufficient practical experience in the field of NDT testing;<\/li>\n
            • Training room;<\/li>\n
            • Inspection spaces in the specific authorized laboratories and in process work stations, fitted with adequate technical equipment and facilities;<\/li>\n
