Social Integration
The company interacts with the environment through ways ruled by law (the relation with trade unions) but also through a concerned assumption of the responsibilities emerging from its position and reputation within local community. Aerostar owns buildings which are dedicated directly for programs fitted up to secure the connection with social environment. The young employees can be lodged in the company's modern accomodation site paying only for utilities.
A sports ground and related utilities owned by the company is operated by "FC Aerostar" soccer team (Third National League) sponsored also by Aerostar. Other activities with competition character are sponsored as well by the company: radio amateurs club and aero models club.
The former canteen was completely modernized. The employees can have a daily meal at affordable prices but also can rent spaces here for organizing special events. |
